I am capable of reaching a state of calm.
Good feelings are possible for me.
I may be scared now, but this will pass. Relief will come.
Every little thing is gonna be alright.
Funny thing about steps is you have to take a lot of them to get very far. Today, I will try step one.
Today, my mind wants to worry, but I am actively choosing to trust in God, in His love, in His goodness.
I am not perfect, I am in process.
I am exactly where I am supposed to be.
Hard days come for everyone. Your struggle doesn’t make you abnormal.
Others are capable of helping me. Letting them help can end positively.
As I sleep, my mind will reset for a good day tomorrow.
Each day has good to give and I can experience it.
Taking a nap can help heal my body. Resting is perfectly okay.
Tomorrow’s tasks are always less important than my well-being.
I am loved by my Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother.
God knows who I am and feels I have purpose.
Loving myself might be hard at times, but I am someone worth spending time with.
